How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka usually 1–2 days and outside Dhaka 2–4 days after your order is confirmed.
How much is the delivery charge?
Tk 80 inside Dhaka and Tk 130 outside Dhaka. Some bundle offers include free delivery.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. We offer cash on delivery — check your parcel first, then pay the delivery person.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If the product is unused and in its original box, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products damaged by misuse or water cannot be returned.
